We have spent the amount above on Mugsy and he is suffering from Spina Bifida. Most often, spina bifida occurs in the lower back region (caudal lumbar spine).
If the spinal cord itself is affected, we will see signs in the hind end ranging from weakness and incoordination to paralysis and urinary and fecal incontinence. Right now he is a happy puppy that loves all the attention he gets when he wears his diapers! He will most likely go to English Bulldog Rescue because they have lots of experience with this health issue.
