Fred- the 1st HAND dog!! Fred and his sister were found wandering the streets. They were about 3 months old- soon after being rescued they became ill and close to death. HAND was contacted and we took over the cost of treatment. After extensive test we discovered it was rat poison- blood transfusions- fluids- and a lot of time they were healthy and ready to find their home! Check out the Postcard he was on!
