Chuck & Marghee Welch found Mopsy in a ditch off a highway...He was completely matted with a front leg that was shattered...Dr. Keller said fixing the leg was impossible so we had to amputate..Mopsy was shaved down and was rehabilitated with us & within a couple of weeks he acted as if he owned the place...For Before and After pictures click Here...Now Mopsy has a wonderful home....
